MY REQUIREMENTS
**Each Backlink should have**
- In the same or similar niche (Web Design, Web Development, SEO, Web Consulting, Etc. - NO Porn, Computer Games, or Travel Sites)
- 50+ social signals (FB likes, tweets, and google pluses in total for the page where you comment or link from)
- PR - Must be 2 or higher. Will pay more for PR6
- DA should houd be at least 50
- Domain Page Authority at least 60
- LOW OBL
- MUST BE PERMANENT (definition) This means that your links are going to stay on the first page even if there are 100 or 1,000 newer comments added on the same page.
- OBL should be less than 30 in 1 and 2 months after you submit your final report with all details.
- NO PROFILE LINKS FROM FORUMS or Links from Forums at ALL!
- NO MORE than 5 Blog Comments
- Anchor Text - (5) Web Design, (3) Website Design, (2) Web Design Consultant, (8) Business Name - Will Provide. (2) URL Link.
**Different Domain Names**
*** ALL 20 Domains Must Be approved before Hire ***
Out of 20 backlinks that you build, you can have no more than 1 comments on the same domain or the same IP address. THIS MEANS 20 backlinks from 20 different domains/ IP Addresses.
**Payments**
The first milestone (50% of your bid) will be released in 1 week after you submitted your EXCEL file with the first 10 backlinks, their OBLs, anchor texts, and metrics (TF and social weight). The remaining part of the bid (another 50%) will be paid 2 weeks after all the 20 backlinks are complete and all the abpve requirements are satisfied.
