We are seeking a highly motivated sales person to build our digital advertising strategy and manage direct sales. We are looking for motivated self-starters with demonstrated networks in the local buyer landscape with good experience in managing sales process and closing experience. Responsibilities ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + Identifying and soliciting new business to meet defined targets and grow the user base + Developing persuasive promotions in response to customer needs and opportunities + Create appropriate ad campaigns for customers based on prospecting activities, ensuring full optimization; + Maintain, renew, up-sell products and services as necessary; + Serve as a marketing consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of SEO &SEM advancements and industry trends; + Build relationships / partnerships through networking; Experience: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + Bachelor's degree preferred but commensurate industry experience would also be considered + Outside sales management experience with a company selling advertising products to local businesses. Preference for experience with digital advertising products (SEO, SEM, display, website sales, social, mobile, etc...) + 5 years of outside sales + Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Motivated and hungry sales professionals + Strong prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills + Excellent communication skills Salary based on experience plus aggressive Commission structure
