KEY FEATURES: - Multi Platform Compatibility: Must work flawlessly on both iOS and Android systems. - User Profiles: Customizable profiles for each user. - Verification system for reviews to ensure authenticity. - Data analysis capabilities for performance reports and trend insights. - QR code generation and scanning for easy identification of specific employees. - Database Development: Design and implementation of a secure, scalable database to store employee profiles, customer reviews, and other relevant data. The database should support efficient querying and data analytics capabilities. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio. - Expertise in implementing QR code technology within apps. - Proficient in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter for app development, and skilled in backend technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, or similar databases for robust data management. - Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles. - Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs for extended functionalities. - Capability to ensure privacy and security measures are paramount. - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to feedback/iterations. The UI/UX design of the app has already been done using Uizard, and the developer will be expected to work closely with these designs to ensure the final product aligns with our vision. The language of the app will be Spanish (we will help with this).
