WP/BP/ Social Theme and WP iOs App

This is a project is non commercial. I am retired, located in California, and helping my son and a friend construct a private Facebook type site for friends and family. Cost is more important than completion time. I am looking for someone reliable who is willing to work on an affordable payment and a phased schedule, testing each phase of the modification on the test site with migration to the permanent site on completion of the project. I’m using WordPress BuddyPress with the Social Theme similar to Facebook. I am looking for a way for members to upload media to the site from their smart phones. A child theme was used to make some style and navigation modifications. Responsive design was used to make the site mobile friendly. This is the test site: [login to view URL] I found the WP iOs App for iPhone, Blackberry, and Android. It uploads media, images, video, music, to a WordPress blog [login to view URL] it seems to have been developed for a single user, and is not BuddyPress friendly. The WP ios App was designed for a single user. Our site is a multi-user member site, with an activity stream. My idea is to modify so that media files are uploaded to a user media library upload folder for each user, containing a PlayList, show the video, images, music, etc., the user has uploaded. The user will be then able to add, and delete media from the PlayList both from a computer or phone. The media will then be distributed to wherever the user wishes to post the media. That option will be located in their settings. The user will have the option to keep it private, public, friends only, all groups, my profile, etc. Other solutions, especially if they are less costly, will be gratefully considered.
