Fix FFMpeg Webcam Audio Latency Parameters

Hi, I'm using ffmpeg to capture my screen, I've no problems on capturing my screen , the audio system and the microphone all is sync , no problems here, BUT If I add a preview of a webcam at one of the corners, there is an audio latency of of the webcam of 1 - 2 seconds (the rest is ok, screen capture, microphone, system audio ...all ok) The rest of the video is being recorded ok, with no problems, the problem is that different webcam pass different timestamps and it looks like those timestamps are not matching the timestamps os the rest of the screencapture, microphone and system audio at the same time ...as I said, that works fine ,the only problems is the audio latency of the webcam if we include the webcam ... Can you add some extra parameters to fix it on any PC? or maybe other solution. Thanks
