Project description - Programming software for slotmachine Duration - 1-2 years Place of performance is Prague The positions require 6+ months onsite work with Adastra\'s team in Prague, with regular flights back to Sofia. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of software solutions based on Java technologies - Analyze and implement business requirements and functional design specifications - Design, develop, test and deploy software applications - Maintain and enhance existing software applications - Perform unit tests - Participate in troubleshooting to improve performance - Solve complex technical issues while communicating frequently with clients - Create technical specifications - Onsite work in Prague Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience: - University degree in Computer Science or related numerate / quantitative subject - 2+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer - Proficient in Java SE programming language - Profound knowledge of OOP principles, algorithms and data structures - In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following development tools: Maven, Git, Cucumber, Jenkins - Strong experience with the following Frameworks: Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Mockito, Apache Camel - Understanding of PostgreSQL is a plus - Certification in Java technologies will be of a great advantage - Very good analytical and communication skills - Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively - English language proficiency (spoken and written) - Ability to travel abroad - 6+ months
