Image Map with MouseOver Popouts

Required: - Image map that, on mouseover, has: 1. customizable popout content on mouseover. 2. customizable content on sidebar. - want something "a bit fancy" - e.g. css javascript ok. Ajax / jQuery preferred. - Here is an example: [login to view URL] (ideally something a little 'fancier' that this.. e.g. fade ins/effects - but not essential). Provided: - 600px by 400px image Delivery: - can provide sandbox testing environment if required. - delivery as [login to view URL] including files, css etc. - Must display correctly on all browsers including smartphone Timeframe: - must be able to start immediately/soon. Other notes: - Prefer someone with AJAX & Jquery capability, but not essential. - All graphics supplied are property of client and cannot be reused. - Freelancer required to accept work agreement before commencing project.
