Website Rebuild in Umbraco CMS

We've built this website for our client. [login to view URL] This website is hosted externally, on an Apache Server, we just upload the files via FTP. We did the design and we had a freelancer to make it editable. At the moment, you can edit the content of the website using a special script but all it does is, editing a 'tagged' element and when you save, it overwrites the file/html. It's mimicking the behaviour of CMS but technically it's not. And you'll have to set up individually tagged HTML element so that it is editable. There's no database, no administration, create new page, or any CMS functions like that. The bottom line is, we need to make it a full-fledge CMS(Perhaps we can use yours). We are not changing the design, we just want the exact something build on top of a proper CMS. Below is a snapshot of what the sitemap may include in future. You don't have to include these pages because they don't exist yet but would be good to plan it based on that. This must be fully CMS capable that an administrator can add restaurants or any stores via the backend. In terms of UX, it can be in a form, where the user can search or filter the list and each location should have details like Google Map Location, Name, Address, etc.. There's no current design for this so you can exercise your creativity or suggest anything that may be good.
