Toolbar/Extension for Internet Explorer

Hi, I need a toolbar/extension developed for main browsers for Internet Explorer. The toolbar needs to have basic functionality i) A small button/icon to turn it on/off ii) Opening sidebar if possible and fetching some data from a server and displaying in sidebar. iii) Preference menu in the toolbar iv) Communicating actions with server (like current page user is on, preferences, etc) v) Modifying the current page by introducing some javascript code and ensuring final layout is proper (the modification is simple but you need to ensure it happens seamlessly on all kinds of webpages). For this - good command over javascript and CSS is required. Provide a proper installer with configuration files and documentation. Must work with IE 8 and above, preferably 6 and above. You can checkout [login to view URL], which has all these features at core - for example it modifies the search result page when you search on google to display alexa rank of the site (and much more). The modification we will be making to pages is much simpler but will need to be done on any page user is browsing. You just need to provide the core "toolbar" features at frontend -> the backend server / communication api is managed by us. Need someone with GOOD EXPERTISE and preferably having developed toolbars for internet explorer before.
