Looking to use this as a start (or similar) [login to view URL] *not looking to use any reverse geocoding APIs. The data required is just the country, which can be done locally from polygon data similar to module in the above link. Requirements: Import data from file (.csv) Output the country that is derived from the "geofence" boundaries Needs to handle import/processing of file containing 1million records at a time. Best case implementation: App that can run from a mac (no sophisticated UI necessary, ill be the only user)

Hi there, Your project looks pretty straightforward, but I do have a couple of questions: 1. Based on your selection of javascript as a category, and the github project you referenced, it looks like you're expecting a nodeJS app, is that correct? The other option would be an HTML page that you open locally, which could use the HTML5 FileReader API to read the data and generate the results for you in a browser. Either method is fine for me. If you already have nodeJS up and running, that's probably a little easier from my point of view. 2. Can you tell me about the structure of your CSV? I'm guessing it just contains lat/lon pairs, and you'd like an additional column added for country. Neither of the above affect my bid, but I'll need to know them before I can get started. Once you accept my bid and create the milestone, I think you can expect the result in under 24 hours.
