Create two Web Apps: Budget and Retirement Plan

One is a Budget App People enter their monthly budget for expenses and income. They enter the name of the income or expense and the amount. It also allows them to enter their actual expenses and income. They can log in so that the data can be saved and we can see how they are doing. It allows monthly entries of actual expenses and income so they can track how they're doing ongoing. The output are: a table of their income/expenses by category for their budget, and monthly actuals - and graphs of their actual spending and income by month (color coded by source) The second is a Retirement Planning App They will enter their personal information: age, retirement date, life expectancy. They will enter income (name, when it starts and ends, growth rate) Expenses (when start and end, growth rate) Assets (amount, growth rate, when sell) Debt (name, interest, payment amounts, when start and end Additions to savings/investments (what asset (account), how much, growth rate of contributions, when stop) The output will be table of their income, expenses, and net worth from the current year until the end of the plan Plus a graph of their income and expenses (color coded by source) and of their net worth projection over time. As with the Budget App, we'd like them to be able to login so they can retrieve their information and add to it - and so that we can see their information. We are looking for someone who can pogram in a JavaScript-React environment for web applications. The web apps should be run on subdomains of the website so it won't affect the main website speed or environment. The person should know data base environment as well, because the apps should register all of the registered people info and store it.
