Creating a web app/dashboard to integrate with existing Chrome extension

Vael is an early stage data privacy startup aimed to help Californians more easily exercise their California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) data rights, giving them more control of their data. We have created our proof-of-concept (a Google Chrome extension) and are now wanting to build out phase 1 of our MVP, which is a consumer-facing (B2C) web app. The goal is to have this web application integrate with our Chrome extension and provide users with a dashboard where they can track CCPA requests to delete and opt-out that have been sent to companies using Vael's Chrome extension. In addition, to the web application/user dashboard, we need to add some additional features to our existing Chrome extension, which includes being able to auto-fill user information into CCPA data request web forms created by companies subject to CCPA and other third party businesses. Ideally, we would be looking for a full-stack developer to bring this MVP to life. However, we would definitely consider working with a front-end and back-end developer separately. We would want to work with a developer who can help us build this web application from scratch and help us build the web app in a way that is scalable and would prevent us from making too many foundational changes down the road. We are also looking for a developer who has expertise in building applications with Java. Deliverables We have a full tech brief that we will share, which includes deliverables laid out in detail for this phase of our MVP. In addition, I have wireframes with userflows to supplement the tech brief and give the developer an idea of the design we are thinking of. At a high level, the deliverables include: 1. A functioning and scalable consumer-facing web app/dashboard built from scratch 2. Updates to our existing Chrome extension 3. Integrating all of the above with our existing tech stack.
