Fully Customized GTA V FiveM Server

I'm looking to hire an advanced dev preferably with experience with FiveM server development. I'd like to get a server made with the intent to have a well-rounded RP server with many scripts and functionality that are like the ones seen in a more popular FiveM server; NoPixel. This dev/devs would need to be fluent in the following skills: Lua, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, CSS I have created a doc that outlines most of the ideas I have planned and would like to execute onto the server. (Document will be provided if you are interested upon request) Many of the ideas planned can be sorted based on priority as my main goal is to get a custom framework done with the "basics" down so newer scripts that give players more opportunities can be phased in. I’d like to LAUNCH with enough scripts so the server can be a “free-roam” server with working mechanics such as player hunger/stress, stores with basic food and water, banks/ATMs, garages, gas stations, and more so I can start tweaking car stats with friends while phasing new things in such as jobs, growing system, selling, etc. I will be providing open-sourced scripts that I found online that exhibit the same features that I'd like on the server and scripts that certain UI/ features that I’d want on the server, or if you have your own scripts that can be customized to my liking; this will work as well. (Civilian Jobs with rep system, UI, Inventory with Hotbar, Crafting System, Multi-Character) The document has more or less been treated like a brainstorm, and so some of the scripts listed may not be fully explained/ thought out. We can work together to finalize what needs to be done and I welcome any suggestions along the way. Price can be negotiated after fully looking at what needs to be done and establishing a number we both agree to.
