18/12 PSD to 1.5 Joomla Template

We Already have the psd mockup, we would like into complete 1.5 joomla template package (php file, XML file, CSS files etc..) The requirements are as follows: Cross browser W3C standards Design internal web-page template of the site having similar style to main page. The project is to be done immediately. We´ll give priorites to the ones who show portfolio and reference. Files will be sent to the winner bid, with all indications of colors and fonts.
