Creat a new Joomla Template

I am looking for someone to create a joomla template according to our logo colors and business, the inspiration can be taken from [login to view URL] something simular, but off course not with all the details and sub-folders and so on. I will provide pictures and logo, initial contents. some pictures need to be find and cutomized, it is upto you to choose, whether you do it in joomla 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7 but it must be easy to immigrate to 1.8 version in six to 8 months. We are a small business just starting out and are on a tight budget. We are hoping to get the work done within a week but will consider longer deadlines.
