Template Designed for a website

We are a low cost web services and hosting provider and are looking for a template for our new website. Approx PayOut: INR 1000-1200. Quotations welcome too. We need you to give us a page and the CSS so that we may use the same for the rest of the pages. Attached is the layout of the home page. If this is helpful, please let me know and I’ll build a skeleton for the rest of the pages as well. General Features for all pages: - The header and footer will be constant for all pages. - Footer images may be saved as a single image strip, containing all logos. - The flash banner/slide-show shall contain pictures suggesting Hosting, Windows logo, Servers, Server Racks, Exchange Logos etc with a beautiful background. All these full length pictures should come up as a slide show and on each picture, related plan will be displayed. Every screen will have a unique hyperlink to go to the related plan. We should be able to scroll between the images thru NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons. - All the pages will have left and right margins and shall cover least possible length, keeping in mind that all sections should have reasonable gaps, as suggested in the screenshot of the homepage, so that it doesn’t look like clutter. - Background should preferably be white or a light shade. All the shades should be controlled thru a CSS. Please choose a matching margin color and color scheme for the site and its menu bar. You may give small pictures (like picture bar; shaded and light) at the top of the place holders, to differentiate them as a section. Please feel free to suggest any changes and modifications in favour of the website. For the attached page: 1. This is the home page. 2. It has been divided into place-holders content of which will be controllable thru a database and a control panel (Some will directly be put on the page if DB makes the page slower to load). 3.
