I am a semi-retired arbitrator, mediator and legal writer with over 30 years experience in the legal field. I specialize in contract law and am certified in contract law through Harvard University School of Law. Hi I’m a qualified lawyer who obtained my law degree in the UK at the University of Sheffield. I have done further professional development courses at WIPO academy and the University of Southampton. I have years of experience drafting contracts which have been used all over the world. I am very familiar with NDAs and draft many of them myself. I would like to know 1. How many pages is each NDA 2. Can I see the guideline for review 3. How much time do I have to review the document. I believe that whilst you are trying to get the documents reviewed at the best price, you wouldn’t want the person reviewing the document to make mistakes or be incompetent this jeopardising the interest of your client. Unless a good paralegal or lawyer is hired, your client could sign contracts that are adverse to their interests as they expected you to read the fine print. I can ensure that this does not happen as I have been drafting contracts for eight years. $5 per NDA is low but if the work is not too complex then a fee of perhaps $10 per NDA can be agreed upon or we could negotiate. This is because freelancer charges fees to the freelancer as well and in a $5 project, freelancer takes ALL the money. Be that as it may, I’m more interested in showing you that I can do a good job as opposed to demanding payment. I would like to do a Sample for you for free so we can discuss this further.
