Register new director for existing Delaware llc

I am a legal and business consultant located in the USA, with over 25 years experience in corporate and limited liability company (LLC) entity establishment. I have specific experience with the establishment and business requirements of Delaware business entities. I also am an arbitrator and mediator certified in contract law through Harvard University School of Law. I have established, or consulted on establishing, over 500 corporate entities. If selected, I will review your current LLC entity in Delaware and provide direction on how to register the new director. I can do the filing for you if you wish. I require a retainer (milestone) of 25% of the bid, or US39, prior to providing my services with the balance due upon completion of the filing. I will also need the name and address of your current registered agent in Delaware. My bid only covers my services and does not cover the filing cost associated with the filing.
