100 one-way link building for diamond jewelry store

I am currently working on building only inbound links to a diamond jewelry store. This web site is 6 years old and has a PR of 4. I have experience in SEO and using GAF so communication will not be a problem. Below I have specified what I need from you if you choose to accept this project: -Bid for building the links -Estimate of how long you think it will take to develop the 100 inbound links.
