create 10 PR4+ text links

I am looking for someone to create 10 PR4+ text links to my website. The links must meet the following requirements: - At PR4 page for the actual PR of the linking page, NOT the main page - One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted - Must be permanent. - Quality links only. Relation to Travel. - All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, etc. - One link per IP/domain - No more than 30 links per page - No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, blogs or articles submission. - Links must use link and the text that I will provide - All links must be static - No hidden links and other blackhat tactics.
