One Way PR3+ links

PR3 or higher one way links wanted 1. Only links from relevant sites, added gradually over time. Only white hat link builders need apply 2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with no rel=nofollow links in the code. Links must use anchor text that I will provide. 3. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] 4. IMPORTANT: NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO BLOGS, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy or mortgage, gaming, forums, web directories, political, guestbooks, dynamic links, black hat links. 5. The linking page must have no more than 25 outbound link. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses. 6. Links must be permanent one way. No link exchanges. Links are required for at least 24 months. Any link that is dropped will be replaced by provider at no charge.
