Apache server (VPS) fail to load iFrame. "Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN" "Header always append X-Frame-Options ALLOW-FROM" Triggers internal error 500. Refused to display 'URL' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.
