C# Programming-VISSIM

Hello, I am looking for somebody who has advanced knowledge in C# programming; especially have some background in coding engineering formulation. My grad project involves integrating bunch of C# codes (already completed) used in Traffic simulation (VISSIM) and communication Simulation (NCTUns) Mainly I am not looking for somebody from software development perspective rather its more of a console applications where bunch of codes talk to each other and produce a number of text and excel output files. In terms of work load its not huge since I have a fair understanding of it and if you are an expert you will figure out pretty quickly what I am trying to do.
