Configure on my mail server to receive the emails in my inbox

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in system administrator on a linux server and know how to configure on a mail server. I have got a problem with receiving my domain email on gmail, yahoo, outlook...etc as the email goes to spam folder. I found that my DKIM signture was not authentication and the DKIM was not valid. And I also found that rDNS and PTR was not matched as the hostname, so I hired someone to resolved the issues and I received the email on yahoo inbox with no problem but the gmail and outlook are still in spam. Then he started to messed up on my mail server as he changed the hostname, rDNS, changed some of the files that he made it wasn't authentication. He went off and leave me with a mess. I have resolved them to matched with rDNS and PTR to make email to be authentication. However, here is the problems that I need your help with to get it to resolved. Problem 1: SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS. More Info SMTP Transaction Time 15.598 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time Problem 2: There are alot of warnings in the Exim Configuration Manager as someone that I hired have mess it up when he came so close to find a solution then he went off that leave me with no help. Problem 3: Gmail - I sent myself an email but when I looked into the header I found this: Received-SPF: softfail ([login to view URL]: domain of transitioning chris@[login to view URL] does not designate [login to view URL] as permitted sender) client-ip=[login to view URL]; The email goes to spam when I sent myself an email. I think I need to add the spf for gmail on my server but I am not really sure why I do get this. The freelancer that I hired he said I do not need to add [login to view URL] on my server and I have looked into google I found he was wrong. Problem 4: Getresponse - I sent myself an email for a test and I have found the issue dmarc=fail (p=NONE sp=NONE dis=NONE) header.from=[login to view URL] I don't know why I get this when I sent myself an email. I am only using this on my autoresponder to send the email to my clients for follow up email. It should take you no more than 1 hour to resolve the issues. You must use teamviewer to control on my computer. You must be expert to know how to configure on my server to receive my email to get to my inbox on gmail, yahoo, outlook...etc. If you are not expert in mail server or if you are not sure that if the email will get to inbox, please do not bid.
