I am orginally from a programer/IT background. Due to lack of time I am looking for other to be involved in creating a system. The lowest bidders will be given details in which i will share future profits to them, as the system is rolling out to francisees. This system needs to be able to be installed muliple (one for each branch) times on a linux web server, such as is provided by [login to view URL] , with SQL installed Ect. The system needs to be able to be used on Windows pc, Andriod device, and Iphone. Preferably Carers should be able to use offline, and then upload when they have internet access. However, as long as they can see the clients details, and tasks to be performed offline, but not enter details until they are online, this could be acceptable. to be able to download a pdf with schedual and details would be acceptable. This system is for a specific business model, in which admin (a franshiser), allows a franshisee ( Agents or branch managers), find new clients and enter details such as times/ tasks the client needs on a re-occuring basis. branch managers find carers. then a carer (service providers) or carers are assigned to clients. a manager(s) is set up for each client. ( super managers , that can be setup to manage all clients, would also be needed, these are the same as managers, but have access to all clients on the system). Some carers could also be carers and managers at the same time. carers (or service providers) and managers collabarate with each other to deliver service for clients on a weekly basis, the manager-carer (and branch agaent) can see what visits carers can fullfil, and the system helps them to make sure all visits/time slots are filled by a list of carers on an ongoing weekly basis. The details could also be uploaded to the carers google calandar. Carers should be able to see what slots they have free, so when new clients come along, they can see if they can cover. admin (franchise) and branch Agents charge a fee, and bill the clients on the service providers (carers) behalf, collect the money and then pay the service providers, minus their fees. integration into quickbooks and or xero account for invoiceing would be added at a later stage. Carers visit clients, do tasks, and then leave notes that all other carers can see., they Mark that visit as been done, and the system automaticly totals their fees (which are charged at different rates, day rate, after 7pm rate, weekend rate, bank holiday rate etc) Please see files provided that give more details and examples of how the system needs to work.
