EXPERT IN VP9 AND AV1 CODEC TO MAKE AN EDITING VIDEO SOFTWARE

We want a basic editing video in order to rename video file and to add some information in their container (mkv kind) It will have to be online and to be installed in computer as any software. From VP9 and AV1 video files, the R4D editing software will have to manage by package several files in the same time, all together, from, for each of them, a column with fields to fill, information for their container. The software will have to rename the video files, to add the information mainly name file and jump order, from the filled fields into their container, and will change their extension name. From Open Source, from freeware only, so Linux, no link with Google, Windows, AWS apps... We need to get a software in order to install it in computer as any else one. And we need it as app, meaning working on our server to provide the same service but online for user. So, we need it able to be embeded in website too or in some software. We do not need to decode and encode original video files since they are in VP9 and AV1, and we keep the same codec, but we have to add or to change some information in the container. To be simple, from a VP9 file, we wil have at the end, the same video file but with another name, with our extension name (.r4d), and with our added information in the container. And we'll need, of course, that the player is able to play the video files according the information in their container. We want Timeline and cost.
