Looking for 3 / 4 resources of Level 2 and Level 3 skills in Mumbai & Bangalore to work on: 1) Supporting 3 installations of IBM MQ in 12 environments that includes UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod, DR (keeping a buffer of additional 3 installations) 2) Supporting an additional instance of MQ for TI+ on Linux 3) Supporting 1 installation of clustered IBM WebSphere Application server in 3 environments (keeping a buffer of additional 3 installations) · Pelican · Support for DC/DR Drill for all the mentioned instances as per the IDFC policies · Software Configuration Management audits and information management for all the IBM MQ instances as and when required by IDFC · Install regular updates on the IBM MQ installations. · IBM MQ Log analysis and correlation to the application exceptions on regular basis · Participate in the application enhancement/requirement discussions for optimized utilization of IBM MQ licenses · Coordinated with IBM L3 support for hotfixes and patch management · Coordinated application log analysis for troubleshooting messaging related issues support should not be limited to or tied to the PVU · Monthly/Quarterly Governance & review meeting minutes and status on all the identified action · Review & assessment to be done for all the deployed instances and recommend & implement the best practices, fine tune for performance · Documentation of all the IBM WAS & MQ instances deployed & supported · License compliance recommendation only.
