AquaNovus was a name that we felt said what we do. It was simple, descriptive and conveyed what we wanted to accomplish. Due to a recent naming conflict, we need a new name/brand for a company that will be doing the following:
AquaNovus, LLC (AquaNovus) is dedicated to providing environmentally-sound solutions to the main obstacles to swimming pool management: 1) accumulation of cyanuric acid (CYA), 2) calcium, and 3) TDS (total dissolved solids). These three elements are known in the industry as cumulative, immoveable obstacles to pool management. AquaNovus has already solved the first of these three, with a patent-pending process to remove CYA from pools, and is currently employing this process in the field through direct service and anticipates signing licensing arrangements with other service providers beginning in April 2015.
This proprietary process significantly improves water quality and sanitation by increasing the availability of chlorine to kill germs and bacteria, decreases the amount of chlorine and algaecides needed to properly treat the pool, and saves water by eliminating the need to drain the pool to get rid of CYA. It creates a new revenue stream for pool service professionals who use the product to serve their customers and offers the customer a substantial savings, increased convenience, and lower risk than the alternatives.
AquaNovus will initially market in the United States. We will also be launching our product around the world in 2016.
AquaNovus intends to drive demand by marketing directly to consumers to make them aware of the possibility of solving CYA buildup without shutting down or draining the pool, which will help save billions of gallons of fresh water annually, usually in areas which are hardest-hit by drought and water management issues.
In short, AquaNovus has developed a proprietary method of solving an almost universal problem in pool management, and has done so in a way that is a win-win for consumers, investors, municipalities, and the environment. AquaNovus will utilize the funds from the capital raise to disseminate this message and produce the product.
Our solution to this problem is environmentally friendly, "green", organic, recyclable and achieves instant results.

A sound logo and a proper name are necessary to build a timeless, universal and conveying brand identity. This needs patience, research, exchange of ideas between the client and service provider, reviews etc.
