We are a real estate investing company based in Philadelphia, PA. In need of admin assistant asap, who can work for a long-term period. Your tasks would be anything related to help us with admin work such as: - taking calls and making calls for clients, bill companies, etc.; - arranging schedules for meetings and appointments; - posting online platform as needed; - filling out offers to properties; - working cooperatively with our short-term rental company (fun!); - any other work-related etc.. We already have successful freelancers who are helping us to grow this company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking into growing in your career and learn more about real estate. You should have a drive (=purpose) in working with us, not just making money, of course.
