OBJECTIVE: The scope of the project is to collect and summarize some information regarding 1) business consulting (management consulting), 2) IT consulting and 3) brokerage and investment management firms operating on the Serbian (country: RS) market. Quantitative and qualitative data collected needs be organized in a Word/Excel table containing, for each firm, at minimum the following information: /columns/ 1: Name of the business and the year of foundation/creation 2: short summary of services the firm offers (can be collected from company's official website, linkedin profile, news articles, Serbian company registry house "APR", etc) 3: Financial data: Gross Revenue (ukupni prihodi), Net Income (neto dobit ili gubitak), Size of balance sheet (Aktiva=Pasiva, simply download and take the data point from the latest published Balance Sheet of the company frokm APR registry database) 4: Whether the company has international clients/partners and which countries it works with (can be obtain from official website, trade organizations, social media profiles, press articles...) 5: Social media presence (link to a linkedin profile, FB profile, Instagram profile, Google business page profile, if available) 6: Owners (take official info from public APR database). List biggest owners regardless of whether they are natural persons or other companies, in case there are too many list 3 largest shareholders 7: Rating/bacground check (for each business check recent news articles by 'googling' the name of the company as well as the names of its owners together with keywords "prevara", "istraga", "uhapsen" i.e. check whether there are any stories in the media where company or its owners are involved or accused of fraud or investigation. Use [login to view URL] to get locally most relevant results in News) Minimum number of firms to include in the report: -10 business and management consulting firms based in Serbia ("konsultantske usluge", "konsultantske aktivnosti u vezi s poslovanjem i ostalim upravljanjem" and similar), some examples Alta Solutions, Beoluk (Belgrade)... plus -10 IT consulting firms ("KONSALTING U OBLASTI INFORMACIONE TEHNOLOGIJE" and similar) some examples Proscom DOO, Tehnoinfo DOO,..., plus -8 brokerage and investment management firms ("brokersko dilersko poslovanje", "DRUŠTVO ZA FINANSIRANJE I UPRAVLJANJE KAPITALOM" and similar) examples MATHEOS INVEST GROUP DOO BEOGRAD and its competitors-you can look up similar companies in APR and other online sources most of these companies have registered legal address in Belgrade, but is not a hard rule. One approach is to websearch using mentioned industry keywords and identified company names look them up in APR and other sources. Another can be just browsing APR's directory looking for all businesses operating in a particular niche and creating a sample of companeis to use as a starting point to then search for other info such as information on what they do, clients/partners, social media presence etc. Deliverable: a pdf or Word/Excel document containing dully, throughoutly researched qualitative and quantitative data and useful information where a significant value added is the ability of freelance analyst to identify and "scout" similar companies/competitors within a particular sector (one of the 3 categories listed above) and provide insignt into their activity and performance Official information business registry Source to include in the analysis: [login to view URL]
