I am seeking a freelancer to complete the integration of an almost completed power electronics system for bidirectional power exchange of up to 8 kVA across all four quadrants. The system utilizes the IM828-XCC platform, with control achieved via galvanic isolation through the Arduino DUE. Your main tasks involve adding the ADuM1401 Digital Isolator for Arduino connection, connecting the motor and generator functionalities, integrating the iMOTION2go chipset, and creating the PCB design using KiCad. Project Tasks: ADuM1401 Digital Isolator Integration: Add the ADuM1401 Digital Isolator to ensure galvanic isolation for the Arduino DUE connection. Implement necessary connections and ensure compatibility with existing components. Motor and Generator Connection: Ensure seamless functionality of both motor and generator modes in all four quadrants. Verify connections and performance for bidirectional power exchange. iMOTION2go Chipset Integration: Integrate the iMOTION2go chipset into the control board for precise motor control. Configure the chipset to work harmoniously with the existing system components. PCB Design: Finalize the PCB design to accommodate all integrated components. Ensure proper layout and connectivity for optimal performance. Prepare the PCB design files for manufacturing, considering the April 28th deadline for ordering. Deliverables: Completed integration of the ADuM1401 Digital Isolator, motor, generator, and iMOTION2go chipset. Finalized PCB design ready for manufacturing. Documentation detailing the integration process and PCB specifications. Timeline and Budget: Please provide your proposed timeline and budget for completing the project.
