Hello I had a project similar to yours in the past. with the difference that my wristband did not have a screen and instead had a sim800l. In addition to measuring SPO2 and heart rate, this wristband also supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, vibration, battery charge management circuit and USB connection its dimensions : 3.5 x 4 cm.
