Auditor Checklists

Every year we receive checklists from our auditors. We run a comparison on these current year checklists with the prior year checklists. Any changes ascertained from the comparisons are then added to the prior year's completed checklists. The files are saved as the current year's completed checklists once the changes are incorporated. The attached files reflect these steps for one of the checklists from 2020. The MDA DC - 12.31.2020 - clean file is the current year file from the auditors. The MDA Checklist December 31 2019 is the prior year file from the auditors. The MDA Disclosure Checklist Q4 20 vs Q4 19 is the results of the comparison of the two files. The UGEP MDA Checklist 4Q 2020 is the prior year's completed file which has been updated with the changes ascertained from the comparison file.
