I am in search of a proficient application developer for the creation of a new, multifunctional application. This project will ideally involve development for multiple platforms, specifically iOS, Android, and Web, allowing for a wide audience reach. Key Functionalities: This project involves the development of an IT Service Desk Voice Bot capable of multi-language conversation to assist users in managing tickets, accessing knowledge bases, and receiving device health event updates through integration with ServiceNow and RiverBed Aternity EUEM Tool. The Voice Bot will leverage Azure Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Speech, Azure Cognitive Services, and Text to Speech Avatars, to provide a comprehensive service desk solution. The solution aims to enhance customer service by offering summarization, sentiment analysis, and the ability to escalate issues to live agents. Objectives Develop an IT Service Desk Voice Bot that supports multiple languages. Integrate the bot with ServiceNow for ticket management and knowledge base queries. Utilize Azure Cognitive Services for customer insights through summarization and sentiment analysis. Integrate with RiverBed Aternity EUEM Tool to query device health events and push remediation actions. Provide internet search capabilities for unknown intents using Bing Search 7.0. Include an escalation pathway to live agent support.
