We need to have an app that can run on ipad, iphone and android. It is essentially a blank app for supporting push notifications. User downloads app, they get push notification e.g. "Deal of the day, 10% off, click here to see more". They select "click here", this takes them to open up a web page via their default browser they are using on their smart phones or ipad which will display more information about the deal. You do not need to quote for what appears in the webpage, someone else is doing that. Each device will probably display 10 deals a day and there'll be around 100-500 devices using the app in the first year, so volume is low. Please quote price for each device ( price for ipad, price for iphone, price for andriod ), and how long it'll take for each device. Please also quote for what technology you'll be using, phonegap, native or whatever you choose. Please state the technology you'll be using.
