Hi there, as you have invited me to place my bid on the project I assume you are interested in the first idea I have sent to you,... I would like to clarify the details a little more, first of all I would like to get some more information about the backend, I guess you already have an "ordinary" webserver set up (php+mysql) please correct me if i am wrong. Regarding the database on the server, do you have an existing structure or should we accomplish this within the scope of this project? Regarding the local systems you mentioned, can you give me a bit more information about them? Furthermore I would like to know more about the forms/screens for the tablet, do you have some sort of mockup of them or at least a list of fields and items that need to be entered into the database? Regarding the project itself, I would start with the basic functionality (database structure / php files to communicate with the database / first form templates), then move on to the mobile device (creation of app containing the webview / implementing the caching+spooling algorithm / interaction with the php files on the server). As I prefer agile project methodologies theres no need to worry about all those tiny little details along the road - I will ask you for the necessary informations when I am going to need it... We currently work on Asus Transformer 10Inch Tablets. We already make application which establish connection between mobile users - server - algorithms with data which is gathered by mobile users. Application is designed location based. Mobile user is capable of sending demand information of local area to geographical database. At the server side, we process the data gathered by mobile users to database. We believe that there is NO ONE ELSE to accomplish this project BETTER THAN US.
