To develop an application that should be compatible in both Android and Itunes platform that would be streaming TV Channels ( i would provide you the online website's links that currently stream TV on browsers), those links should be converted in such a way that these tv channels would be viewed on our application on user's mobile devices. You should take care of everything right from Design / Layout / implementation / Process for publishing it in itunes and android market Good to have some one who have already developed an app like this, you can send me the Sample. I am tight on Budget, the lower the better change for grabbing the deal.
