App that tracks info through texting

I will give the details and other info after the ND agreement has been signed. I need someone who has experience with automated texting, and the organization of the information within that text. For example, if I wanted to keep track of people attending a party, I would use this app to send a text to the guests asking them to respond with their name and "yes" or "no" to an automated number, which would then file the information for the user to have access to. I don't want to send a large group text from my phone and then have to mess with copying down all of the info, I want the app to do this and all of the information would be filed automatically. I need for this app to be very simple and user friendly, with a very elegant design. There are some other key features and a specific use I have in mind for this app, but like I said, that will be discussed later. I also am interested in expanding this into a much larger app (many more features), as well as a website, so if we can get this app off the ground right then we can work together later. Please apply if you have similar previous work that you can share, and only if you understand what I am trying to accomplish with this app. This is a very small project compared to what I have in mind for later, so this is really just a trial run, and I am very interested in working with someone in a long term basis.
