Build my App

I want to create an app that has tests, events with notifications and other simple information listed on it. Tests: I want it setup so the test taking looks good and requires the full typed out answer. I want to be able to add new questions and new categories to be tested without the help of the developer. I want these tests to provide the information to study in one place and then an active test with time limits, recorded scores, improvements listed and randomize question order. Events: As the admin I want to be able to add events with pictures that list any information I want. I also want to be able to send push notifications about these events to remind the users of the dates or changes. Finally, I want to make it possible to RSVP for an event and to send information back to the admin. Other information: I want tabs that will lead the user to topics that has information there just for them to use as a reference. This will not be interactive at all for the user but I want the admin to be able to add as many tabs in the home page to get to this information and tabs after the home page tabs. For example, if it was an app about binomial nomenclature I would want to be able to add a tab for species and then within that tab have different species listed. Upon clicking the species listed you could see more written information about it. This project should be built so that all additions can be done by the admin. This should be built for iphone and listed as $1.99. If possible, building it for androids too would be ideal.
