iPhone App with Parse Connectivity

Here is a brief overview of our project. I have full details to disclose to qualified bidders. Purpose - App used to take photos of asset inventory for liquidating/wholesaling. Use Case - A corporation is relocating to a new office and wants to sell all of their old office equipment such as desks, cubicles, chairs, microwaves, refrigerator, etc. The corporation contacts several office furniture liquidation companies to come to the location and take an inventory of the assets and begin selling them. The liquidation company sends a staff member to the location with the app and the staff member uses the app to do the following steps: 1st step - User takes a picture of an asset. 2nd step - User assigns category, brand, condition, size, color, fabric, etc. This step will require drop down menus with conditional logic, suggestive text input, radio buttons, etc. This step will be completed on a few different screens. (I have complete list of all this information in an easy to understand format.) 3rd step - User saves all inventory assets as a group and the app assigns a unique "group ID" which is associated with a physical address and room number (location). 4th step - App stores all asset data in the cloud, preferably Parse but we can discuss other options. Use has option to also export to CSV or PDF via email. 5th step - Information stored in Parse cloud is displayed in a Wordpress website "shop" and styled. I see the project working in phases. Phase 1 includes completing Step 1-3. Phase 2 includes completing step 4. Phase 3 includes completing step 5. (This step may require a web developer but the app developer needs to understand our end goal is to take app data and display it in a wordpress site. There is an app called "Itemizer" that is very close to what we want. The itemizer app is used to take pictures and details of assets for asset inventory purposes. Our app will function much in the same way with some additional features required such as storing the information in Parse (or another cloud based database), and displaying the information in a wordpress site. Experienced developers with a portfolio only please. We are an established business looking to work with a professional full time app developer. Our development timeline for version 1 is 3 months.
