Tourist routes

I need an app that will allow tourists to find a route from point A to point B and filter by choosing a route category, time available, mode of transport. . Eg I want to travel from 'current location' to 'destination' by 'most historically interesting route' and I have '30 mins' to 'walk' it. Other possibilities would be 'most architecturally pleasing route', 'most scenic route'. The map should show place markers according to the category shown. Additional filters or features include; I want to go via 'the cathedral'. Turn on/off 'show deals in the area' and filter deals by 'category' Built in audio options for each place marker. I would ideally like the app to off both internet connection (first option) and gps (if tourist does not have internet connection)
