I have a PDF (170 pages) that consists mainly of flowcharts and tables describing educational management pathways for human disease. It's an educational guide for doctors. It also has references at the bottom of each page. I'd like to convert it to an iPad/iPhone app that has an index and a search function. I'd like to unify the flow charts colors/design too.
