I need an iOS app in which users buy coins (IAP) and use these coins to buy raffle tickets to win a random FIFA players (with weighted generator), the coin value of the player needs to be determined from a list online and then added to the users balance. They can then use those coins for more raffles or cash out by sending an email. Needs designed and developed, I'll provide graphics though. Bids over £160 will be ignored.
