We need windows mobile and symian (j2me) programmers for 2 small projects. Each project is not more than 2-3 screens and basic API usage. While bidding please mention the following. Any bid WITHOUT the following information will be rejected. 1. Whether bidding for windows mobile or j2me. 2. Examples of applications built (Screenshots). 3. Time required to build 2-3 screens. 4. Experience with mobile technologies and other technologies like REST, SOAP, HTTP POST, XML etc. Our budget is 100-150 USD per application but we might consider higher bids in case the portfolio looks great.
