Beautiful & clean Android charts widget

I require development of a beautiful and clean Android widget that displays charts. The data will be via json API and is easily understandable. I require the developer to put the data aesthetically beautifully into a chart widget. Another component is to display some non-chart statistics data in display format on a widget. In placing the widget, the user will be able to select: 1. Chart or Statistics IF Statistics, then 2. User selects Widget size (for different widget size, we will put on different statistics) 3. Deploy widget IF Chart, then user selects: 2. Widget size 3. Type of Data in Chart (API has a list to select from) 4. Timespan (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, 2 years, all time) 5. Deploy widget -- I will require a certain charts to be in-app purchases, so if the user wants that chart, he will need to purchase it in addition to the free items. -- The user experience should be simple to navigate and understand. -- I will require app to detect whether user has rated, and if not, it will prompt the user to rate once in a while. e.g. pop-up: "is this app useful?" (Yes/No). If yes then: "Rate this app now/Rate later". -- To be compatible with all Android phones and sizes -- Include Google Analytics -- Clean and easily modifiable code -- All intellectual property of this project belongs to the Employee Details of project, including API will be provided once freelancer has been short-listed.
