Build me a custom animated image

I need a creative person who can build an animated image using his head. For example (this is just an example): I need a walking character from right to left and vice versa, with some tree behind it and the wind hitting the tree and we can see the tree leafs move. and maybe a house... this moving image doesnt have to be animation style, it can have a real looking house/tree/person... (just an example to state what I really need). I want to be able to change the animated image object colors for example, and maybe control the moving objects speed and direction (the character speed, the direction of the wind of the tree leafs) by myself without any help. Note: I need this for a game I'm building using unity for mobile. If there is something not clear, message me. Thanks.
