I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have an app that had code added to it to lock it down based on imei or serial. I switched phones and guy is no longer around. Inside the apk I believe it is encrypted as well. Please make sure you can decrypt the inside and uncompile the apk.
