I want a mobile app which works for both iOS/Android mobiles Incident Management App. Basically, two users are involved in the system. Customer & Technician Technicians will be on the fields to fix the customer issues. Each and every technician will have their own mobile device. Customer will login to the app. He will report an incident with all details. Based on the given details the system has to find the nearest technician and send the notification with incident details and location of the incident. The technician will attend the incident and will give feedback to the system. I know the information is very little. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks
