I am looking for someone to build a complete auction website for my [login to view URL] Racing Pigeon Auction business. Despite public perception the racing pigeon industry is a massive billion dollar a year business and RPI Auctions is looking to dominate the UK and Irish markets. We require a system with following functionality: Frontend: - usual frontend pages (about us, news, contact, FAQ) - show all products within an auction (with lots of details, photos, videos...) - allow registered users to bid - Approval of users by admin - login/registration functionality - Anti sniping function to allow auction to extend by x,y,z time per bid - Bidding history Backend: - CRUD functionality for users/roles/permissions - CRUD functionality for forum comments - CRUD functionality for bids - CRUD functionality for product details + adding lots of photos/videos - CRUD functionality for frontend pages (about us, news, contact, FAQ) - Automatic emails sending on bids, outbids, winning bids etc (via sendmail) - Invoicing of customers with PDF emails - Technology: Laravel for Backend and VueJS for frontend - Development principles: REST API driven (as we want in a later phase also iPhone/iPad/Android mobile application) Features required: Top Pigeon in auction Average price per auction Auction parts csv importing of auctions and lots average bird price real time price change on page and lot pedigree tab eye tab breeder info Fixed priced lots page Lot bid increments based on price We are only looking for serious bids (realistic price) and people who can focus full time on this project for the next 2-5 weeks. We are looking to work with someone to get this system launched and then go on to work with them longer term for future development. Performance & security should be at the forefront of the focus of this website while building it needs to be quick and slick. Our current Wordpress based system just cannot handle the traffic we have.
