C# (Mono for Android) Slot Machine Game with Cool Graphics

I want a Slot Machine Game written in C# using the Mono for Android from Xamarin ([login to view URL] for more info) to run on Android 4 tablet (>=9.7" && >= 1024x600). The slot machine game should have configurable number of reels (3-5) with a customizable number of symbols each and should have a skill stop feature. I want the game to be themed a particular way which means the graphics have to be pretty cool (look at [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] to get some example) with smoothless spinning animation (this is the reference: [login to view URL]). The game should allow from 1 to 25 lines of betting. It should also have neat sounds and a bonus round when players hit a specific combination or symbol. More details will be told to the right person. The game should run smoothly and be fun to play. Graphics should be professional and cool. If you can do the graphics but not the game, do not bother bidding. If you can do the game but need some help making the cool graphics let me know. I do NOT want it written in anything except C#. Programmer must be available by MSN/Skype for daily updates and provide source code with VS2008/2010 project/solution showing progress.
